Auburn Inn Motel & Longs Creek RV Park

"After reading some of the reviews I find it hard to believe that they would get more then 1 star. I called after I made the reservation to tell them I would be arriving late. When I got there it took a while to get someone to respond to the door bell. She claimed she forgot about my reservation. The room had cigarette burn holds all over the carpet and bedding. The bathroom was some what clean but the toliet kept running when you flushed it. NO HOT WATER AT ALL. Went to the office and no one would come out to discuss,, Tried calling and went to voice mail but could not leave a message because it was full. I would not recommend this hotel to my dog."

"Stopped here on way home to Minnesota, from spending Winter in Texas! Unexpected surprise! Wonderful food, dingroom was very quaint!! Room was very comfortable and clean! Old Victorian House, diningrooms in the house. Rooms were in a separate building. Had a small Continental Breakfast, but for the price of the room, it was well worth it!! Will definitely stop again, on our way through Nebraska! Food was delicious. Steaks superb! Salad bar, superb! Homemade soups etc A must stop!"

"We rented both rooms and an RV lot. Shawn, the manager, was extremely helpful and just bent over backwards to help with anything she could. I highly recommend taking a break at Auburn In and RV Lots! Tell Shawn CM Wright sent you! The rooms we had were pretty nice sized, clean, and had a microwave and fridge. Internet needs to be improved, which I've heard they're working on, and there's a laundromat on-site. It was quiet and conveniently located close to a small cafe/diner and Shell gas station. Sonic is just a block or so further down from Shell. There's also a nice walking path around a Rotary Lake right next to the main office (not part of Auburn In) and possibly a park there as well? I can't remember. But you can fish in the lake as well. Probably need a fishing license, not sure, but Shawn can answer all your questions! Dog park not too far away too!"

"Nice, warm,laundry room rv hookups, good bed. Good location on highway 75. I stayed when snow was on the ground and still got the truck parked. Not busy but some places don’t plow. Watch the grade coming into the lot though. Will stay again if I get a chance. Two fast food joints within walking distance & owner offers shuttle! Rare."
