"Just DON'T. Just moved out a couple months ago and I called about our deposit. Hahaha just got slapped in the face. We were charged for carpet cleaning. Um don't you have to do that regardless. And drip pans on the stove. I asked several times for mew ones and never received them. Dont forget about the other charges for 300 hundred dollars. Yeah other charges, which that was also on our rent statements. Still don't know what I was paying for. Seriously just keep looking. Best advice. Wish I would have read the reviews first"

"6 years of living here, first 2 years of living here wasn't too bad. Now lets skip to 2022 the pepole here have no consideration for anybody living below them the new manager named kayla does nothing about this situation. The old manager was WAYY better even tho we've been banging on the ceiling and calling the office she does nothing enough complaints about her. Its a okay place to live but if you have a child bellow the age out 5 stay on the first floor PLEASE. its close to school that are decent so if your looking for a place to raise a child stay here but stay on the first floor."

"Read the reviews before renting from this place. They have a scam going where they will tell you everything is good at the final walkthrough before keeping your security deposit and asking for more money. Kayla with Wellington signed off on our final walkthrough stating everything was good to go, only to find out a week later that they want to charge us for a whole new carpet, even though it is clearly not damaged in their photos. Same thing happened to the tenants before us, as well as the others leaving similar reviews."

"I have been a resident for going on 2 years and plan to continue living here. My apartment is spacious, quiet and has been well maintained. All the staff, including both the office and maintenance crews are attentive and professional. They are prompt about making any needed repairs and the office staff communicates through texts, calls and a monthly newsletter. I have found my fellow tenants are quiet and respectful. I have had no issues at all. I would recommend Wellington to friends and family with no hesitation."

"What a joke. Got less than $30 back of a $450 deposit. $391.59 in maintenance and cleaning? We had outdated linoleum and kitchen cabinets which was not a problem until we were charged $147.94 for small damages to the linoleum that we had a rug over (which they moved when they replaced our washer and dryer). Probably charging us because they want to update it like they’ve been doing in other apartments because the renter before us was charged for the other half of the damaged linoleum. Carpet cleaning shouldn’t be the financial responsibilty of the tenant which was another $140. Our carpet didn’t even need cleaned but if the apartment managers want to clean it they should pay for it. $95 in professional cleaning? What a joke, we spent 2 days making the place spotless. Nobody told us when they had people coming to tour our apartment or was short notice. Poorly managed and rude staff (besides one newer staff member). Definitely wouldn’t recommend living here."
