"I'm very pissed off and extremely displeased with this hotel. When I first checked in last night the young man working the desk was very polite and helpful. I told him I had just moved here for a job and I needed a hotel to live in until I find an apartment but I was told by every hotel in town that they are all booked up for the weekend. He told me there was a room available and they could squeeze me in. I thanked him because I was worried that me and my dog would have to sleep in my car and it's going to be extremely cold this weekend. He explained that if I booked for a whole month I'd get a cheaper rate but I could pay daily if I wanted to. So I paid and checked in and told him I'd think about booking the whole month. So the next morning I went to the desk and talked to a lady claiming to be the manager. According to her everything the guy had told me was wrong and they had no available rooms. Well after I tell her I'm upset she said wait I can fit you in but then she told me I can't pay daily. This was so unprofessional. So they have a room or don't they and now because of their lies me and my dog are stuck living in my car. My job has some kind of a deal with this hotel and I will be letting my job know about the way I was treated."

"People were in the pool room all night being loud couldn’t fall asleep until 11pm when I finally did I was woken up at 3am to the same people still in the pool area. I called the front desk and asked them to get them to leave or at least be quiet. Nothing changed until 5am when I walked to the front desk and asked to have a new room away from the pool room."

"Rooms and hallway was a little rough around the edges (great for the price), but a great stay! Nice pool and hot tub, nice convenience to bar, good working tv and Zach at the front deck was prompt, positive, and helpful. Would recommend!"

"You will get such a nice hotel very rarely. The rooms are so clean and maintained. Staffs are very friendly. I have had very good experiences with all of the 5 staffs in the reception. Zach is one of them, unfortunately I didnt get to know the names of others. They helped us with so many extra things and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast is tasty. I would certainly book the same hotel everytime e I am here.."

"With the exception of Mrs. Desire, who lacks customer service skills and seems unfit for her role, the staff at this hotel is generally friendly. It would be advisable for her to consider a different job that doesn't involve interacting with people, as her lack of tact can make guests feel uncomfortable when seeking assistance from her. On a positive note, the hotel falls within an affordable price range, although there is some humidity present. However, the cleanliness standards are satisfactory. It's worth noting that most beds have noticeable wear and tear, and room service is not provided during your stay. Therefore, if you plan on an extended visit, please be aware that your room will not be cleaned."
