"Bottom Line: You can make a higher average rate of return by having your money in a money market savings account. Tom Salestrom / Lifelong Financial Solutions overbooked the sales presentation. So we drove an hour for nothing beacause he overbooked the event. Tom showed a complete lack of professionalism and overall disrespect. He was unapologetic and insincere. However, if he is trying to sell you something he will act the exact opposite. He basically wants you to move your investments to him so that he can make money off of you. Also, beware, because there are stipulations that prevent you from accessing your money when you want; and there are penalties and loss of bonus funds with those stipulatory transactions. Avoid this company; and if you do have funds with the company, check your average rate of return: it is probably hovering around 3%, which is not very good, considering the amount of stipulations they put on you being able to access your money. Bottom Line: Move your money somewhere else!"

"First and foremost, My son, Jeremy has been a client of Tom Salestrom since 2015. He got a postcard from Matt to come to a presentation and bring others with him, so i called Matt, at lifelong financial solutions and signed up to go to Morries steakhouse in Sioux Falls, SD on March 26, 2024 at 6:00 for the presentation. He took down all of our names. We got up there at 5:50, and were told they had no seating left and our names were not on the list. Tom asked who i talked to and signed up with, and it was Matt who i talked to on the phone.We drove from Inwood, IA. to attend the presentation, and were turned away, because they were full, after we already reserved our seats. After we got home, Jeremy looked at his accounts, and his average rate of return has been 3.15%, so barely keeping up with inflation since 2015. Jeremy has been Toms client since 2015, and Tom didnt even know who he was. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
