"Went there to see a friend performing in the night's band. Great atmosphere and friendly service. We are still adjusting to the cost of living increase to the Des Moines area from Dubuque and the cost of wine is no exception. But you definitely get your money's worth with their snack menu, both in food quality and portion size. We will undoubtedly be back!"

"I love this place. Natural wines from all over the world including places like Pakistan, or Lebanon. Wines made with organic grapes, naturally occurring yeasts and not much else. Always a great rotating beer selection as well. Nick is a wealth of information, if you really want to know more about what you’re drinking. The environment is chill and it is not a place that looks to turn over tables. You can stay as long as you’d like and the music is always good. I always tell people that if I were in school, it is where I would choose to study."

The owners were working and it wasn't too busy so they got to chat with us about their wine, and the are clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what they are doing.
