"Love the new look of V.I.!! So bright and clean!! The food was awesome! Waitress was good, just forgot our water refills. Also, one thing, my dining companion found a portion of a sugar pack in her "clean" cup of coffee. Need to watch those "clean" cups."
"The waitress didn't listen to our orders. She then came back 5 minutes later confirming salads, which were wrong. We corrected it and said we'd like them before our meal. They came out with the meal and they were incorrect. The food that was given to me was not my order. When she took it back, I could hear the manager cursing under his breath about her as he was walking by our table (possibly an unrelated reason, but still heard it). Never checked on us during the meal. There were 2 other tables occupied in our section. She asked if we needed anything else. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our bill. I specifically went because of free pie Wednesday. This is the only location that does NOT offer all pie choices for the free slice. You are offered French silk, pumpkin and any fruit pie. The waitress said its because it's the corporate store for Omaha. I will never go back to this location again. I will stick with the friendlier locations, 52nd & L or 72nd & Giles. Side note- I had 3 kids with us and they didn't offer kids menus to any of them. I had to request one. The manager is the one who sat us, I would think as a manager, he would think to ask if we needed the kids menus. I was livid when we left. I am still very unhappy about it."
"The server we had didn't listen to our order. She was too busy playing with the handheld device. Came back to confirm a few items and when we wanted them. Again, didn't listen. If you are looking to enjoy the free pie Wednesday, choose a different location. They don't offer all the choices here, and it was not due to them being out of them. They said it was due to them being a corporate location???"
"The potatoes in my chicken fried steak skillet were burnt and my has browns were burnt and cold. Worst food I've ever received from then. It was a pick up order and he didn't even open it for me to check the food like they usually do and I didn't remember to because I was on the phone with my mom.Advice to you when you get take out check your food."
"We went here for breakfast on Mothers day. There was about a 20 - 30 minute wait, which I expected. Once we were seated, our server was very attentive and helpful. Our food came out quickly and was good. My mom's eggs were cold and the strawberry crepe took a really long time to come out but other than that, everything was good."
