"My experience at this Maurices location fell far short of the experience I have come to expect (and enjoy) at other Maurices locations. The store was empty when I arrived, save for one employee working the whole place. The greeting was perfunctory. Not the welcome I am used to. She told me about the current sales promotions but didn't inquire as to what I might be shopping for or show any interest in me. I proceeded to browse the racks and found many things I wanted to try on. She never approached me to ask whether I would like a dressing room started for me or if I needed help finding anything. I finally went looking for a dressing room because I couldn't carry all of the items I had chosen to try on. When I asked which dressing room to use, she just pointed and told me to pick any room. For comparison, when I've shopped other Maurices, I've been approached by a salesperson who asks my name, takes the items l have, points out the location of the dressing rooms, writes my name on the whiteboard on the door, then asks if I need help finding anything else to try. Once in the dressing room, the employee never checked to see how I was doing or if I needed other sizes. As it was, nothing fit right, and had she checked on me, I would have asked her to bring me different items to try on. I left the dressing room and headed for the exit. I passed by the employee, who was standing behind the checkout counter, and she didn't even look up to acknowledge me or tell me goodbye. I will continue to shop at other Maurices locations, but won't waste my time shopping at this particular location in the future."

"Elsa is fabulous and so kind she helped me so much!! She was so patient with me and my 3 kids as i tried on clothes!!! She even lifted up my jacket to see the pants from behind cuz i was nursing my baby!!! If i could have someone like her every where i shopped life would be great!!!! "We came here for my sister who is very petite and often has trouble finding clothes that fit. The ladies who were working that night the 12th were wonderful! They even helped my mom who decided to get some things they really helped make it a nice experience. On my receipt at said my cashier was "Sarah" I unfortunately didn't the others names. Thank you for your help and for being so patient."
