"Everyone please keep tabs on your items when you go to sell them. We were told that our clothes where past the manufacturer year to be sold I'm like OK that's fine. Told my wife she thought it was weird but OK no big deal. We'll I took are 2 youngest out to the car to go sit while she finished shopping for our kids. She came out ti the car and noticed all of our shoes we had taken in where gone along with winter coats and summer and spring dresses were all missing. The lady said there was a mix up and offered us $10 for all are items. Keep in mind winter coats were only 1 year old paid $40 a piece brand new dress boots and snow boots payed a good amount for them to be offered $10 but to steal these things to resell for basically a strait profit Heck no. You lost our business and opened our eyes to see how you rip off people"

"Unbelievable, brought in a new baby tub and 3 boxes of clothea (a lot of them were new) and they said they would let me know when they were done going through the items but would likely be close to two hours so I walked around with my 19 month old for two hours in the store. I went to the staff to see how much longer a little after 2 hours. They then told me that they wouldn’t be accepting any of my items. Got no explanation. Very very disappointed."

"Theft alert. My purse along with my wallet, ID, medicine,phone and work keys was stolen 11/16/2023 @6ish right out of my car, right in front of the windows in day light, as i was transferring my kids stuff from store to car. I'm now $1400 short and cannot make my mortgage and utilities or my kids needs. I'm completely devastated. I've been coming to this location for a very long time and never had this happen before.....just be aware people"
