"Giving this review because I can't find a number to call their corporate office and the Casey's by our house is an absolute embarrassment. Casey's pays employees 10/hr so guess what? They never have employees to open on time or stock anything. They are always out of stuff. The store near me has been through like 5 store managers in the 7 years I've lived there. Anybody got a number to actually call? These gas stations are dreadful. Go to Speedway if you can."

"Was told they do not take buy 10 pizzas get 11th for free anymore. Put 1 pizza in 2 seperate boxes. Ordered over 1 hour ago and just started our ordered when we were told to pick it up. Absolutely horrible service and experience. Can you offer your assistance on this at all. I would hate for it to happen to someone else."

"I had to sign for a rewards card to get a shower. I asked if I put on the 75 gallons or more could I get a shower. No, I had to get the Casey app. Put on 95 gallons to get a shower. I went to shower #3 to find someone had cut their hair all over the toilet seat and in it. The floor had dirty boot prints. Looked like someone had showered in their boots. I cleaned it up as best I could, so I could get a shower and back on the road. I go out to the counter to tell them how dirty it was. As I'm explaining it Lacey interrupt s me and says you should of come back."

"Please ditch your “Here For Good” slogan and consider a better slogan. And please bring back the word “General Store” in the name of your company, because your stores are in fact general stores. This rebranding does not change the fact that your stores are STILL general stores. And please stop your employees from asking customers if they do or don’t have a Rewards, because not everyone signs up for these programs that could sell people’s info at their own risks. I am glad I NEVER signed up for your Rewards program and ask that you please drop this kind of program for people’s safety."

"So tired of the Medford MN location never being open. They put a local store owner out of business and now they are never open on time. Ive seen vendors show up and leave because no one is ever on time. Done with Casey's. Kwick trip is much better!"
