"Normally I have a nice experience here at the Army Post/SE 14th store. However, my last trip, right around the 3rd of Sept, was less than pleasant. I had left a review regarding this visit and have gotten ignored. I used the ATM, then I had to prepay gas (I hate that). I went to the counter and the cashier was really too busy to help me, as she talked in her language. She knew she had a customer, she saw me get a drink.....I was ready to pay AND SHE WOULDN'T GET OFF THE PHONE!! I very nicely told her I would wait for her to get off the phone and she acted as if I was really a nuisance. And she made me wait less than a minute, as she finally finished her call in her language (probably about me, how dare I ask for good service...), then decided to do her job.........if this is the type of service I will be getting at this store I will go elsewhere. I can go to my bank, I can get gas somewhere else. I stop at this one because I go to Indianola and this is a great location. But....I've sent in my review....I'm waiting for acknowledgement, I guess I'll have to contact corporate if I don't get any help......."

"Guy working the counter was closing up bur stopped even though I was a little late, and served me anyway. Great Job Man!! That's good lookin out!"

"Got a tank of gas, went inside to get a receipt. Manager? was alone running the place, clearly upset with the work load. Very polite and apologetic to me when I caught her on the phone with her superiors. Clearly things were not going well for her and a winter storm was blowing in later. I really had to go, but wanted to just give her a big hug. There were others in the store so I was discreet so as not to draw any attention to the situation. As a manager myself, it is very taxing and at times you almost feel powerless to make any steps forward and everything seems uphill. I hope people acknowledge her dedication at the very least. She earns all the 4 stars."
