"Out of every quiktrip I’ve been to this is the only one I’ve ever had a problem with. Most of the daytime workers are nice but night time is a different story. I went in a while ago to watch up my food from hyvee after a long day at work and an employee followed me outside and took a picture of my license plate. When i asked what the problem was they accused me of stealing. Mind you all i did was go use the microwave to warm up my food and left. Didn’t know it was a crime smh"

"For the past week i have told the staff that they are wasting water. Started out at a trickle, now it a small stream . Alot of water has been wasted by QT 1501 E Grand. Sprinklers require maintenance. FIX WHAT IS CAUSING this. Your wasting precious water. 7 days of a Constant flow of water!!! 7!! Dont know why they just dont get rid of the sprinkler system!! Once again it is gushing water nonstop. Obviously the emplyees do not check parking lot! This is the 2nd dayof them wasting water. I was told its nothing to worry about and that the water is privately paid for, that us tax payers dont pay for thier wasted water habits. Seriously??"

"Quick Trip is usually my favorite gas station to frequent due to price, selection and cleanliness… However, the bathroom at this location badly needs a deep clean (or just cleaning period) and BOTH of the paper towel dispensers were out of paper towels today. It’s not that difficult to keep things properly stocked and I visited early in the day, so do not feel there was a ton of traffic to blame."

"Clean stores, stocked shelves, bathroom clean, employees were ok, got chicken bacon wrap, Carmel frappes, which were both good and hot, cold coffee was good as well, was able to park 18 wheeler for lunch break, parking at night might be harder, usually full by afternoon time, especially on the weekends."

"First off they advertise roller items, but have very little available at a peak time when nothing else is open. But the worst is how rude their associate was the night I was there! She acted like I was interrupting her job by wanting to pay! Then the change was thrown into my hand in disapproval of me interrupting her evening! Definitely stay away until QT can hire help with some sense of customer service!"
