"Unfortunately my last visit wasn't pleasant. I stopped to pick up a 24 pack of Coca-Cola ($10.99+tax deposit)... I didn't have my old lady reader glasses. I asked the clerk. No longer carry 24 packs, but 2- 12pks for $9.99,+( tax and deposit.) Get up to the register and they ring up $9.99 EACH.... I got the clerk and he said he quoted the price.... So... was the response "I'm NOT honoring that price ". I think that businesses who are not accepting can & btl returns shouldn't have the right to sell & charge the $.05 per can. Should honor prices quoted"

"The 5 star is for the employees here. They do very well with this fast paced location. I would rate the store itself 3-4 that is brought down by the non customers that are always lerking and loitering around the building the employees have alot to deal with at this location compared to others and they deal with it very well."

"I had the displeasure of dealing with Luis. Called to speak to a manager, but he's the manager. He likes to make little comments to customers experiencing issues. They know which pumps are closed. Moved my pre pay to s closed pump and then told "there are bags on them for a reason" I take full responsibility for going to a closed pump in the first place. Being a dad can make you kinda loopy sometimes. But to get an attitude because you switched me to another closed pump and had to change it again. No. There was no need for the attitude. I'll just make sure to go to Kum & Go when I'm in Des Moines from now on."
