Having once lived in the land of Hawaii, where Korean BBQ is as common as surfboards and sunshine, I was buzzing with anticipation to see if this place could stir up the taste waves of nostalgia. Spoiler alert: It was like being hit by a delicious flavor tsunami. The food wasn't just good; it was like discovering a new taste bud you never knew existed. Enter our culinary guide, Jose, a man of infinite patience and wisdom in the realm of grilled meats and tantalizing sides. He navigated us through the menu with the skill of a seasoned captain steering through stormy seas, making sure we didn't drown in the vast ocean of options. His ability to explain our choices was nothing short of magical, as if he was imparting ancient BBQ secrets passed down through generations. We're definitely plotting our return journey to this flavor paradise. Warning: the portions are so generous, you might mistake your plate for a life raft. Almost too much food? Challenge accepted."

"Highly recommend! This was our first time and this place is exceptional! Delicious Korean Fried Chicken. We got the wings with the Gochujang BBQ, Honey Butter and also Curry Cheese. Let me tell you this place did not disappoint, everything was delicious. The staff were sweet and kind. For reference on the flavors if it’s also your first time trying: Gochujang bbq sweet and subtle spice essence not really spicy if you’re into spicy food but delicious! Honey butter and Curry cheese were both equally as good, honestly will be getting all three again. Taro Boba also hit! Will be returning!"

"My daughter and I were really looking forward to going to Koko's, but it missed the mark since there was really nothing Korean about it. The person at the register seemed more interested in reading her book than taking our order. It took several minutes for the food to come out, and we could have just as easily been at Raising Cane's or Chick-Fil-A as the chicken was just plain and not tossed in any sauce. The fries were good, but the whole reason we came -- the chicken and the sweet chili sauce -- fell short of our expectations."

"Best fried chicken tenders in Omaha! When I had this place pop up when I was looking for lunch, I got excited for Korean BBQ. Not exactly what I thought I was gonna get, but I was far from let down. Josè helped us and was super friendly from the beginning. The food was amazing. My wife got the honey chicken tenders, and I got the spicy curry tenders. The fries were fresh, crisp, and have a nice coating on them. Very large portion sizes. We also got a strawberry and a coconut milk tea. Without a doubt, some of the best boba tea I've ever had. It has a really nice atmosphere to it and tvs for entertainment. Was a great overall experience, and I would highly recommend it."
