Imperial Office Cleaning

"We had and are having a bad experience with this company. They didn't do a good job cleaning, which seems subjective, but poor job in my opinion. What is not subjective is many times their cleaning staff just wouldn't show up at all without a mention of their absence. We would notice from the security system key fob check in's and the full garbage cans. Finally, on many occasions, our indoor cameras showed the cleaning staff bringing their children with them for the late night cleaning and on several of those occasions, the children damaged office property, including shattering a glass fish bowl and spraying cans of spray paint that we were using for a project in the garage on office property. Finally, when we terminated services because of the above-mentioned reasons, Tom the owner filed a claim against us in small claims court because there is a clause in the contract that says we need to provide 45 days notice of service termination. We were fine with all of the above and figured we would just move forward but the company filing with small claims court is really outrageous and made me realize I should probably do my part to alert other Omaha businesses of our experience."
