"Excellent place to stop n grab a quick bite. Chicken n Jo Jo's are the real deal now. Like everything else though prices gave skyrocketed on the chicken here in the past, well since Covid. Look at the 2 menus they still have in photo's. Quite a bit of a price jump on the chicken like the 8pc/12pc mix from what it used to be. Put the $10 and $5 back in the old wallet and grab the ol $20 bill for sure. Add Jo Jo's and sour cream grab that $5 to go along with it. Eating out is just crazy (expensive) anymore. I realize they have to pay for it themselves and prepare it but damn it's $30+ for fast food that seemed like it was just $15-20 not long ago. Maybe it's just me... great chicken n Jo Jo's here tho. Can't beat it."

"I have been working with the company since February of this year and it's been a really good experience. I'm not from Sioux City, I moved here a year ago from Granite City, Illinois which I had just left Cincinnati, Ohio 2 months before. Everything about Sioux City and its surrounding areas is incompletely different. From the scenery to the people and everywhere in between. If you would have told me that friendly. Polite, patient. Down to earth/good hearted, happy on their worst day people existed I would have said "" YEAH RIGHT!"" Where I'm from ""EVERYONE"" is the total opposite. My whole experience here has been a good one and my children transitioned easily. So if you had to ask me where's a good place to stop if you are traveling or moving in the area, I'd have to Pronto Express. Plus we have AMAZING CHICKEN and EVERYONE loves our JOJO'S. All of our food is delicious. Hopefully we'll see you there soon....."

"I’ve ordered from the place numerous times and have paid over the phone with no problem, then would have a family member or friend pick up food for me. Today I was in the hospital with my 3 month old and tried to do the same. They ran my card first and then called me back and rudely went back and forth with me about this telling me they couldn’t do this. So now I have to wait a few days to get money back and also have to pay to order from somewhere else."
