"Terrible customer service. Went to get gas (and was going to spend money on food and drinks inside) but the card readers don't work. Went inside and told her I was going to fill it up but the card reader didn't work. She said hasn't for years, welcome to Sam's. I said ok take me ID and credit card and I'll fill it up. Again with attitude she said that's not how it works you have to pay however much you think and if you don't use the whole amount you come and get cash back. I said wow you should tell the owner to get them fixed. Then she passive aggressively says Kum & Go down the street has pay at the pump. At that point I said give me my card back and left. Then as I left some guy who I thought was a patron but was either the workers boyfriend or some sort of terrible manager yells don't ever come back here either! Lol obviously not going to. Went to Kum & Go saved money on gas and got great snacks."

"They need to make a big sign to where customers can see it about a $75 automatic hold on your card if you pay at the pump..How do they expect you to see a little tiny sticker saying that.. my card is frozen and negative now.. yeah they say it's the bank and not them but it's the employees who should make it more visible to the custumors who dont know anything about that. Will never get gas or shop there ever again."
