"Honestly, the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered there twice in the last week via the app and my drink took 20-30 minutes longer than expected each time. Staff took their time and chatted together while they had drinks completely backed up - no urgency at all, didn’t acknowledge anyone patiently waiting. Won’t be back to this location ever."

"Posting as a dasher - I very often have to wait past the pick up time. It's usually not too much longer. The part that I'm bothered by is that I'll see all components of my order sitting on the counter, and employee will just walk away from it. When all they need to do is throw it in a bag and I can take it and be on my way. But rather it sits there for 5 minutes until someone puts it together and gives it to me."

"The wait times can vary wildly. One time you will go and there will be no people in mine, and then the next time, the line will be wrapped around the building. But even when they are busy, they get through the line really quick. The service is great. The muffins and banana nut bread are great."

"Over priced and not worth the wait! I went inside to order cuz the drive thru was too long. I ordered a tea and a black coffee and waited 20 minutes and ended up getting getting my money back!! Not sure I would’ve wanted it anyway cuz a customer brought in her kitten and the staff was petting the kitten! And then there were flies landing on peoples to go orders waiting to be picked up"

"As someone who doesn't like coffee I really like the non-coffee drinks. At least that is when I actually get what I ordered. The last two times I've tried to order an apple crisp oatmilk crème frappuccino I get a regular frappuccino which I then have to give away or throw away so that's $6+ wasted. This has also happened with the double chocolate chip crème frappuccino. If I order a crème frappuccino I expect to get what I ordered not the version with coffee. It's been different work crews each time so it's not just one group of workers making this mistake. It's correct when ordered and correct on the sticker but the actual drink is wrong. The correct drink would be an off white not tan. PLEASE just give me what I asked for."
