"I was dismayed by my visit to the Hartley, Ia. Sinclair Gas Station. They originally had 2 Public Restroom 1 male, 1 female. The female restroom was out of service, and had boxes of stock piled up in front of the door! So it had been that way for some time! The men’s restroom was not handicapped available it had no handicapped hand rails! I would’ve left but it was an emergency for me! When done going, I had no hand rails to help me get up off the toilet. My knees are shot due to arthritis and old age! This was a problem for previous customers, as the toilet paper dispenser had been reposition on the wall! Aside from the sink, and the toilet paper dispenser there wasn’t anything to hang onto to help me get up! I thought I would half to call 911 to get help to get up off the toilet! Isn’t it a law that all Public Restrooms have to be Handicapped Assisted?"
