"Just not good. Hot tub was broken, stain on our floor, but the real issues were housekeeping opening our door and just coming in the next morning. Once at 9am and once at 9:30am “just to see if we were still there.” No knocking or announcing themselves. It terrified my teen daughter when she was in the room alone. And the front desk said “yea, they do that sometimes.” Secondly, when I was swimming with my kids a staf member came in a rudely said “Who’s the adult here?” I’m clearly an adult and we’re we’re not being loud or unruly. We ended up leaving two hours early. It was offensive and it was a very unwelcoming environment. I voiced my concerns but no one cared. I’m sure they will leave a generic response like “so sorry about your issues we will let someone know hope to see you again!” But I’m telling you, this is not a place I would stay again or recommend."

"Great clean hotel with friendly staff. Bre was amazing and made sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was also great. Definitely would stay here again."

"First- Nancy in the breakfast area was fabulous. Now. Weigh in room for wrestlers was directly above ours. They weigh in all night and jump up and down to make weight. Then we had no service to our room. They finally said that they would service it but did not. I asked for body wash and a trash bag at the front desk. Changed my own trash. Not happy. Room was clean upon arrival."

"Rooms were nicely sized, and hotel seemed pretty clean overall. 9 out of 10 hotels these days have pretty bad showers, and this one is no exception. Water-flow limiters are designed to reduce water usage, but, in-turn, just make people need to run the shower twice as long as they normally would. Sound-dampening in rooms is below-average. I could easily hear conversations in the hallway and noises from adjacent rooms. Hot tub was also not open during my stay, for some reason."

"The hotel was very very nice. The rooms were comfy and clean. Lovely decor. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures as well. The continental breakfast was superb! Make your own waffles that were ready in 2 mintues, fresh fruit, yogurt, baked goods, juice coffee, scramble eggs,and sausage. It was a delight! The front desk was very helpful when I asked for bedding for the pull out couch. I'd def stay here with my family again."
