"Room was nice and roomy. Didn't have shampoo and conditioner for shower. Not much for continental breakfast. Pool closed."

"Low cost option but bare bones amenities and the location is not close enough to Dubuque to justify trying to save a few dollars staying out here. The staff who checked us in was nice but very slow. Checkin took at least 15 minutes."

"A relative family member came in for the holiday and stayed at the hotel. It was very good for the price of the room especially during a holiday. They had their family pet with them so the hotel is "Pet" friendly."

"Very reasonably priced and room was clean. Comparable hotel a few exits west that I've stayed at before was almost double the cost for the weekend. Breakfast is decent, good diner within a 1 minute walk. Would definitely stay again."

"We spent 3 days at the AmericInn in Peosta. I was traveling with my friend and my dog. Room was clean and spacious. Towels were replaced, and trash taken daily. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was decently quiet. Grounds were clean and free of poop. My only complaint was that the bathroom had no ventilation so it got steamy quick when you showered. Overall I would stay here again."
