"I moved my mother in law and my brother-in-law into Seina and I been really impressed with the service given to my family. Yeah the kids are outside playing and it can get rather loud but they are kids. Better to have them playing in the grassy area then running around breaking things. My wife had said that the office staff is so polite and helpful. It was the first time that she has seen a property on top of their maintenance requests. She has put in 2 repair requests for her mother and they were there either the next day or the same day depending on what time the request was made in the office. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I am also impressed with the mandatory bug sparying. Who ever the manager is I tip my hat to you for thinking ahead. Excellent preventive maintenance. Most places usually have tenants request a spray if needed. Common sense for me is taking care of a problem before it starts or gets out of hand. Thank you very much for the kindness you showed my mother in law and helpfulness you have given my wife. She always checks in on her family and she posted one of our sons there to keep an eye on them."

"lots of kids running around at night. no parents in sight. don't like the fact that the Russell Rd gate is closed. only 1 entrance in and out. but not a bad place. staff is good."
