"Poor management services they change management often, poor maintenance. The people that live here at of poor quality. Been here almost 3 years and been requesting over a year for carpet change due to the poor condition of how I got the apartment and still nothing."

"staff has always been rude and has horrible customer service, we’ve lived here for a couple years and each company that’s bought it has had horrible management and tides were our WORST so far. they had a horrible roach infestation and took forever to get rid of. they also don’t take care of the problems you confront them with or maintenance will take days/weeks to come to your apartment. they have always have problems going on like gas leaks and stuff of that sort. you guys need to work on how you guys talk to the people who live here and fix your guys hours online. we came at 9 (which is when it says it opens online) because we had to finish getting stuff out of our apartment which they said it was okay over the phone and when we got there the lady was overly rude and left us standing outside and didn’t acknowledge us for at least ten minutes. she was very rude and said we can’t do anything until later when over the phone they said we can come in the morning. the lady put up ten fingers saying they open at ten when they had a sign up saying to come in. people in the office are always so rude. they are also not flexible about rent/money orders"

"The worst thing I have ever experienced. The roach infestation is very bad, they are inside the walls, so there is nothing that can be done about it, unless the whole complex is torn down. I even had roaches in my boxes while I was moving out, there is no escaping them."

"I am a new tenant and had paid for my apartment to be ready January 31st. It was far from ready and I wasn’t even able to move my things in on the day that I paid for. The cleaners didn’t leave until 9pm that night and part of the floor was missing in several locations. My sons room was missing the blinds and the master bedrooms sink is clogged and to top it all off when I went to do a load of laundry the washer wasn’t connected correctly prior to move in and my entire apartment flooded with water and they were in no rush to clear out the water. Very displeased and would not recommend anyone to move in"

"This place is infested with roaches, poor communication, apartments are clean prior to moving in. Ended up staying at a hotel due to the hot water not working for 2 nights, under the stove was infested with roaches. No contact back from the property via phone or email. Move In special is a hoax to get you moved in. Stoves on display outside, the grounds aren’t clean. They hire temps that are the kindest however they are limited at what they can do to help. Total nightmare"
