"My house was shot up right after I signed for my second year. Then on the third year sight up they didn't send the renewal lease and extended my lease from January to May 31st.. They also put in gates and I cam home from work the other day and it wouldn't let me in. They said my phone number was not connected to a community. I have had the same phone number since 2015 and they send me text from the office so how is my number not connected to this property. Now somewhere I would recommend moving to."
"Just went to visit a friend. Can't say much about it except that it is an apartment complex although it's not all that complex, pretty basic, and that I definitely wasn't there buying drugs"
"I haven't even moved in yet but this office staff is so amazing. They have really been helping and working with me I wish it was more then 5 stars because they definitely deserve more. The fact they been going above and beyond to assist me and my children with getting a place words cant even explain how grateful i am. thank you to the two ladies."
"Apparently these people didn't get the memo that everyone is back open.... They make you schedule a tour but flat out don't show up and the office is locked up tight no one around dark inside. We had an 11:30am tour set, arrived at 11:15am waiting around for our time and not one person came or even called us to tell us they are not coming. I think the management company needs to replace the workers if they are not willing to actually work.. We ended up renting elsewhere because the Amber Ridge staff couldn't be bothered to show up for the appointment for a potential new tenant."
"Moved here and management was great lived here for over a year and was really satisfied. New upstairs neighbors moved in and we had constant problems with upstairs neighbors. After speaking to management we were offered to move to a different unit a bigger and more expensive one. We were fed up with our neighbors so we agreed. Everything was set for the upcoming month and were happy about management resolving our issue. Then the new month rolls around and we speak to the office to make sure everything is still on track and are informed there has been a change in management. The new general manager has no idea of any of our dealings with the old management and we are told that there is nothing she can do for us "sorry" after we reach out to the old manager she reaches out to the new one and everything is back on track. We are given a set date to move, we are charged for the upcoming month at the new apartment price starting the date we are supposed to receive the keys . I was told on the day of move that we will get the keys at 9 am. That morning I head over to uhaul rent a truck and load everything up. 9 am comes and goes and nothing I start trying to call the office (office "closed" for covid so everything over the phone) after an hour and a half of continuously calling I finally get through and am told "we forgot to write up your contract you wont be able to move in until tomorrow" after explaining that the uhaul is loaded and ready to go with our stuff on the truck we are told they will write up the contract and it will take an hour. After an hour I start calling the office again and again and again finally there's an answer around 130 we get the contract via email but only I get it my wife does not. Another 40 minute round of calling with the phone just ringing turns out they sent it to the wrong email so we get that squared away I am midway through signing everything and notice my wife's name is misspelled so another hour of calls now its around 3 pm I get through and am told they will redo the contract with the name change and sent it right away I get my copy but again my wife does not so at this point I've had it. I contact the office tell them I am no longer going to move and I put my 30 day notice. A couple of days later I get a call from them stating I never paid my rent even though I had paid more than my share since I was moving to a 3 bed room instead of paying for the 2 bed room that I had. Then I am told that they would fix it. That they are going to keep the extra that I paid and would get it back as a check when I get my refund. Later that day an employee from the company who we've known the whole time we were there tells us that the manager informed them that she is upset we didn't go forward with the move and that she would make sure we didn't get any of our money back. In order for us to move from one apartment to the next the manager had to come into our apartment and take pictures to show we were good tenants and took care of the apartment. We literally had nothing hung on the walls no damage to the walls or doors. The damage that was there was there from before we moved in. And we have the pictures to prove it. But low and behold not only did we not get any of the deposit, we also did not get any of the money that they charged us for the month we were supposed to be in a 3 bedroom I also got a charge for 9.00 more dollars because it wasn't enough for her to take the rest of my money just because she is vindictive. And this is their general manager."
