"Absolutely disgusting. Moved across the country to here only to find the apartment filled with roaches. The fact that they have pest control scheduled once a week says something. Apartments are gross and outdated and the walls are paper thin. Lived here a month and felt dirty and unsafe. Please please please view the apartment before signing papers. I didn’t listen to any of the previous bad reviews and made the worst mistake of signing a lease here. Now I’m stuck paying $3000 off for somewhere I lived a month at."

"This use to be a decent place to live when it was park place 1 ever since the tides took over its horrible. Management doesn't care about it's residents they try to charge you to just breathe. I lived there 6 years couldn't wait to get out and nothing gets fixed. Don't wast your time and money look else we're."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is an actual dump with uncaring managers. My mail has been getting stolen CONSTANTLY and no matter how many times it gets reported NOTHING gets done! That is an actual crime that does not get investigated into. Your personal information and packages even will be stolen. I check my mail and about 15 mail boxes were open and emptied including mine. Management does not care. Knowing it’s been reported so many times. There’s a camera in there that’s never worked it’s useless and if management cared to have it fixed Im sure this wouldn’t be a reoccurring problem. Dirty, careless thieves living here. Management is no better. Let’s not forget the horrible pest infestation"

"I do not currently live on property but I would love to based on the experience I had with Nikki. I found out about the property on zillow and I called and she answered upbeat and positive. She made me aware of their availability and allowed me to come on property and view a unit the same day. She’s very professional and patient. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions ( like I have in previous situations ) She doesn’t know it but I am blessed to have spoken with her. I feel good about my journey I’m starting and she played a major part. Thank you so much for everything! Tides on Indios is lucky to have Nikki."

"Property is looking so much better since new manager took over. Nester the maintenance supervisor is always running around, he is a hard worker. I'm so happy they brought back security. What a difference in a short period of time. I can't wait to transfer into a renovated apartment with a washer and dryer and not be by the playground."
