"It's a nice clean area and the maintenance handles things fast. Lots of amenities that one can ask for and plenty of near by areas to shop. Honestly, it's been very pleasant. Their payment system is not perfect. They overcharged rent and refuse to pay right away. They can't keep staff in the office, they need help. They purchased the property recently and it's slowly being taken care of. The office has no staff other than one person to run an entire complex. Hire more staff and get a better payment system. I pay on time, everytime. I want the money I was over charged and to pay my rent with no problems. Other than that it's a nice quiet area."

"My name is Robin W. I moved in 02/07/2024 when the apt originally should’ve been ready 01/20/224. Fast forward to move in date. Moved in with someone so called in my unit “cleaning” but left and the living room walls were nasty as if someone had just moved out and they didn’t do any type of work/cleaning! The cabinets inside and out are nasty and filthy! Blinds are nasty and horrible! The toilet in my restroom look as if it’s been here since 1990, it’s so horrible I squat! Did I mention I moved from out of town. So I went off the looks of the apt online and the new, silver appliances online. Moved into old, whites, nasty, not working appliances! The washer and dryer knob screws fell out the minute we touched it. The washer lid doesn’t even lift up all the way because it’s placed in an area where it doesn’t fit. Everything is a complete mess! This is considered false advertising! I’ve met with manager Rosa and she offered me $1500 concession, saying she would send someone in to fix things but $1500 isn’t enough to furnish my unit with the appliances I should have so I declined and I asked to terminate my lease as of 02/16/2023. They have until this evening before I go start the lawsuit. I’ve requested the $1320 I paid to move in and my $600 they promised me to compensate me for my hotels stay before move in date."

"Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money ! Kristin was very Rude ! During my Application Process and Also Lied About Verification Process after I Spoke with my Employer! just Be Aware Don't waste 250$ on An Application for them to waste your time.went by the location and just No!!! Glad things didn't work out it's a reason for it!! They don't answer the phones I had to call corporate just to get information about my application and again they are all rude to someone who is applying to live in their community. And you receive a check if you chose to cancel the application or don't qualify after your required to pay by card you have to wait for a check if things don't go through !!"

"The complex used to be really great. Management recently changed and has gone downhill drastically. Cars are constantly being broken into and stolen, the new gates are never closed, new charges fluctuate with the "utilities and common area fees". Just today, I recieved the email with the charges for utilities and such, after I already PAID my rent. So I'm now expected to pay over $100 in addition to what I've already paid because they sent out the email 5 days late. I don't see how their failure to send an email on time constitutes additional charges on my end. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone."

"This premises has almost become a terrible place to live. About 4 management changes in 1 and a half year. What’s going on? Our mail box was broken by thieves, mails are been scattered between the post office and the unit office. My very important mails and packages have either been lost of damaged! My room was flooded at a time when my wife was in her last few weeks of pregnancy, I called the office they wouldn’t take calls, I physically went there they won’t show up and I have to end up calling the fire service to come help evacuate the over flooded room. The tall maintenance guy came in but wouldn’t even want to talk to me. The rent is not standard, what you pay this month will be different from the following month. Something is wrong and must be fixed. My days are numbered here and I won’t recommend it for anyone. The gates are fixed but remained opened for almost 6 months. Unusual people scavenging all over the premises, our safety and safety of our children remains a concern."
