"Gonzalo the maintenance supervisor, always did an amazing job. He helps me in a timely manner and does a great job! He works very hard & he's always very friendly & personable. He knows exactly what to fix and handles all problems working hard & is very kind. He's the best part about the apartment complex. Luciano, the other maintenance gentleman at this property is also outstanding! He always comes as quickly as possible to fix problems. He arrives prepared and explains exactly in a very clear, friendly manner what he is going to work on and how he is going to help! Both maintenance men are wonderful & are amazing assets! "The maintenance staff are always prompt and helpful! Anytime I need anything Gonzalo always checks in and resolves the issue asap; Luciano recently came by and replaced our garbage disposal, and made sure everything was working before heading out. Love this place."
"These apartments are a hidden gem. It's well landscaped and green like being at a park. It's nice to take a walk in the complex with so much greenery.
