"Since we got the new management and office crew, these apartments have been nice. I have no complaints at all anytime I asked for anything or requested something to be fixed which was not that often at all they got right on it. I appreciate the workers here the respectful and kind, I’ve been here five years and had no problems at all. I really cannot complain. I think Liberty Village getting a new management crew and making things better here. Stay safe and blessed."

"How are there not any reviews about roaches, place is infested!! sprayed and put poison down and nothing made a difference they need to tent this place because they’re in the foundation, had my baby chasing them when we lived here and many other issues and problems, also regarding them not giving me my deposit back and trying to charge my deposit for normal wear and tear like paint resurfacing ect, things that are listed in the agreement as normal wear and tear or things they are responsible for that they charged my deposit for to keep as much as possible. Couldn’t leave fast enough!"

"My application was approved with conditions, which means a higher security deposit . The manager decided to deny my application. I knew that the $55 application fee was non refundable, but when asking about the $200 holding fee, I was told that it was also non refundable. I didn't cancel the deal, my application was denied by management. This place is out to take advantage of people. Unless you have an extra $200 to give away, don't take this gamble."

"After months of thinking, my leasing office was ignoring me. I paid them a visit in search of help. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by Miss Yenny at the front door with a warm welcome. She made me feel taken care of, and addressed every one of my issues that I had introducing me to the new Resident Portal for my maintenance issues. She also gave me an accurate email to get in contact with the office. A truly amazing woman with great customer service. I left with a smile on my face and joy in my heart. I was giving up on these apartments due to the lack of communication from emailing the incorrect email. I am glad i decided to pay the office a visit. I will be back to see Miss Yenny often for any needs necessary because i know she will try her best to resolve any issues!"
