"They want to enforce for people to stop working on their cars in the parking lot and start picking up after their dogs because its been brought to your attention well noise ordinance about neighbors has also been brought to your attention more than once, as a matter of fact it's also stated in your lease yet that isn't enforced help me understand how that makes sense? Our windows literally shake from the running that's how bad it is but once again there are no if's, ands, or buts about fixing cars in the parking lot from what I was told over the phone. There is an exception over noise ordinance being "within reason" so explain to me how my windows rattling/shaking is that within reason? This is more like a weekly suites than anything else with the lack of consideration, respect and complete disregard for others at least they enforced the rules in a weekly."

"It is currently 6:13 pm and my water is off although they sent an email saying it would be from noon til 2pm. They don't answer the phone when you call, even though I was sitting outside the office and could see the staff inside. Never mind the facts that they took our fire extinguisher over 30 days ago for "maintenance" and never returned it even tho they emailed us saying there were going to. The pool is always dirty the hot tub has always been broken. They don't enforce cleaning up behind your pet but want to complain when you have a sun shade in over 100 degrees weather. Did i mention someone was shot in the apartment next to mine or that my other neighbor had his motorcycle stolen?.... and you know this is a gated community. They gate at this very moment is broken and has been for days. No worries it has never prevented ppl who don't live here from entering. The police just had to escort squatters in a blue van from the premises. Can't wait to move here huh? Wish I could give no stars. The The response below is indicative of the cluelessness of management. how are you gonna ask me to provide details of a shooting? Somebody got shot you need more details than that? you have the water off all day. You need more details than that? I can't provide you the reason why that happened. That's out of my control. P. S., my dryer hasn't worked for a week. And they don't have people in to do maintenance. What a great place to live. P.S. now I'm told there only 1 maintenance worker and he has 10 other work assignments before mine. I was told some of these tenants have been waiting months...so is that how long I'll be waiting for a dryer? 1/2/2024"

"high end slum lords. the day before i moved in they tried to get me to pay an additional 1,000 with no notification. then when my ac the went out over summer took 3 weeks to fix the ac. now my roof is leaking for 2 months with black mold and they just painted over the mold saying it’s fixed. do not rent here. they do not take your health or safety seriously. i called 4 times over 2 months and no effort been made to fix the roof or the mold in my apartment. they don’t care about your living conditions they don’t care about you as a person. reported to the health district and called the news. DO NOT RENT HERE"
