"We have lived here for 4 years now and we have never been so disappointed. We just had work done on our tub about a month ago and when we got back home we saw white powder substance all over our things and our children’s things. It was also all over our floors and counters. We didn’t like how our place was left a mess if we knew that would happen we would have never got it fixed. All they did was send someone to clean the place and the cleaners didn’t even clean well it was still everywhere and wasn’t able to clean our children’s things so we had to do it all ourselves. All we get was a sorry and I really don’t think that makes up for how horrible the service is with the maintenance here. We also needed a new washer and it took them a month just to come switch it out within a month two different guys came and looked at it and keep asking the same questions like they don’t communicate with each other. We are really disappointed with this place."

"I lived here for almost 2 years and would not recommend it. Pest control is terrible, and maintenance has to geri-rig everything they fix rather than fix it appropriately. The grounds are nasty where people don't pick up after their dogs. My AC went out each summer, and it took a week to get it looked at. The dryer didn't work when I moved in, and it took 4 requests to finally get the problem resolved. The good thing was that it was a fairly quiet complex."

"My apartment requires parking permit for all cars in the lot. We only have one car in the lot. But it seems that the management here don’t practice what they preached. They say / “the policy” that, they only allowed to park your car in a covered parking, if you have a parking permit. They will give you 1 parking permit only even if you have 2 cars. You have to park your other car without a parking permit in an uncovered parking space. But there’s a lot of cars parked in the covered parking space without parking permits! Especially at night in the building area of 27,28,29, 30. If the towing company comes at night, I’m sure they will be happy! The management needs to check the cars at night!"

"We just recently moved here. We inquired like 2 mos before our move in date and they are super helpful till the day of our move in. They response super fast and always answers to all the questions. Leasing Office Agents were super nice and super friendly it will make you smile all the time while talking to them. Just this morning i had couple issues and I right away put a repair order in the app and they act on it super fast. Peaceful on the building we’re we are in no complaints at all thumbs up to all of you guys. We appreciate all the quick response to all our request and question will surely recommend this place to our friends and family."

"Update: Henderson PD killed a guy in the parking lot. I’ve lived here for over a year. Rent is cheaper than most in the area… for a reason. My motorcycle was stolen out of the parking lot. Maintenance is a joke. The pool is down half the summer. Water gets shut off near monthly. The office is full of rude and condescending workers… oh, and the cops just killed somebody below my balcony on 10/27/23. But the hot water is really hot. Stay away from here. You can afford the extra $100 to live somewhere better."
