Ridge on Charleston Apartments

"Do not move here !! Apartments are infested with roaches!! They charge a pest control fee of $2 on your rent but you have to go to the office to request it! The first few pictures I have are when I first moved in January 2022. They used to have security but got rid of them when they got a new management team. Homeless people everywhere all over the property. If you own anything white be careful because the apartment will start to turn everything brown, (I will apply those pics as well) Do not move here unless you have too !"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Since day 1 I have had a huge infestation of GERMAN COCKROACHES! There are homeless people savaging through garbage day and night. One day I found a homeless man sleeping in front of my door!People are constantly climbing the fence and causing daily disturbance. There were MANY incidents where I couldn't even get into the apartment complex because there were shootings/drive-bys and police had the entrances blocked. Constant power outages from bums stealing copper. Water is always shut off with no warning. I had RIDICULOUS fees like the "free" cable that I NEVER used because I NEVER GOT THE EQUIPMENT! They did NOTHING!! The pool been closed for MONTHS! The list goes on, but I will not be coming back."

"Roaches and homeless live here rent free. If you are comfortable with junkies falling out in front of your building or knocking at your door asking for food or drink, then this is the place for you. If you are interested in researching multiple roach genesis and their social interactions, then boy howdy has Ridge on Charleston got you covered... in Roaches... A lovely kids place area - where the local 7-11 thieves crash after a hard night of boozing in the dog park. The pool - wonderful and closed. The laundry - convenient and closed. The mail boxes - constantly broken into / or "opened with a flathead." Ridge on Charleston is a great place for people with no other option. It should be about $250.00 a monthly less, in my opinion - For the harassment and the infestation."

"The apartments are lovely they have fun activities and festivals for the tenant. The really care for us people also the manager really goes out her way for the people here she emasculated Hasani is her name keep up the good work girl the pace looks lovely."
