"I lived here because it was super close to my job which saved me gas money. I would never live here again for the price that was paid. These are far from luxury apartments it’s crazy that they even advertise them as so. The biggest pro was the neighborhood is quiet and it’s right off some of the main streets. Nothing is too far which is good. Washer and dryer are included which was hard to find for apartments in that area. The apartments aren’t that nice - they’re super regular. The paint is cheap. My shower tile kept peeling I would literally watch it go down the drain when the water ran. They have hotel style ac units, no vents or thermostat in the units. When I moved in they gave me a dented up, raggedy white fridge and said they couldn’t replace it. I put in multiple requests for them to fix my doorbell and they never did, just kept marking it as complete. They change maintenance men every 5 seconds. A Really strange thing happened where a maintenance man basically wrote a love note and taped it to my car. I reported it to the front desk and the lady laughed and said I should take it as a compliment. I told her it was creepy considering I was a young woman living alone and someone who had access to my apartment taped a note to my car (he later taped an apology note to my door). I never gave them permission to access my unit without someone being there because of that situation and the staff always changed so I didn’t know what was wrong with them. One of them always use to marks my requests as completed without coming by. My water heater tank flooded and was broke for over 3 days and I had no hot water. They took forever to just order the part. They kept saying they had to come and see what was wrong but then when I did give them permission to enter they didn’t come , said they had water issues with another unit and got “backed up”. When they finally did come he just looked at it for 5 minutes and said he needed to order another tank which wouldn’t come until the next day. I could’ve told them to order another one! They didn’t compensate at all for the fact I had no hot water during that time. One day the apartment turned off my units water completely while I was at work and never turned it back on so I went a whole night without running water and no one answered the emergency maintenance line. I had to call the Vegas water department and they told me over the phone the complex never turned the water back on so they couldn’t do anything about it. I emailed the complex since they were closed and had no emergency maintenance and they never addressed it. Trash constantly piled up in the parking lot. The dumpsters were being overfilled and old furniture would be sitting outside for days because the trash men don’t take it. They shut the elevator off permanently because it was too old. The gym was never open while I was there. If you’re looking for “luxury” this isn’t it. It’s just a cheap, convenient complex."
"Maintenance is horrible never fixes anything properly on time and rotating workers so they can never keep up with orders, took most of my lease for them to set up part of a gym and pool seems to always either be down or no access. Dog owners don’t seem to pick up after their fur babies. Appliances are so old and never updated. I recently just had issues with my boiler and put in an order and I haven’t had hot water in my apartment for a week now! Insane how they seem to want to pay in time but never seem to do their part. It was waaay better when I first moved in and just seems to get worst."
"Fantastic place to live for senior residents. The community is very clean, well taken care of and a very fun and lively environment. The apartments are large...even the smaller units have a lot of storage and are warm and welcoming."
