"The worst place to work for! They promise advancement but waste years of your life. When you're good at your job, it's too much effort for them to advance you and find someone for your spot. That way they can employ someone else for the advanced position, and only have to train for one position instead of two. The benefits are great but pay is low. You can't pay bills with benefits. Cronyism is rampant with supervisors hiring friends at coordinator positions in Iowa City ESL. Lazy management."
