"I am writing about my customer experience with Jack Dish Plumbing. We had a kitchen faucet replaced in February 2023. Kudos to Jack Dish Plumbing from beginning to end to and to their excellent employees for their interest and professionalism (Jennifer & Nelson). In addition, Jack Dish Plumbing went above and beyond to solve our leak problem. In September we returned from vacation to find our floor puffed up and a strange smell from the sink. They connected us with a mold restoration company who did demo looking for the leak but without luck. Then plumbers Nelson, David and Joey came out multiple times to investigate and found the cause of the leak. Jennifer worked dilligently with me repeatedly to help send the proper materials to AAA to ensure coverage of our damages due to the leak. Come to find out, insurance covers damages but not the plumbing costs. In any event, this family owned business, Jack Dish Plumbing, helped us through this catastrophic experience. I would enthusiastically recommend Jack Dish Plumbing for all your plumbing needs."
