"If your looking for a great place to live here's everything you need to know: The apartments are gorgeous, and efficient energy-wise. The staff is always polite, helpful and respectful. Elizabeth the manager provides excellent leadership in managing with respect and leads by example. She finds solution to all problems fast and efficiently. Maintenance IS GREAT about taking care of things promptly. The pool is always nice, and the winter weather is always the best in the USA. Everyone works great here. The residents are always friendly and helpful neighbors. I moved here looking for a retreat from the NYC winter and loved the place so much I stayed for 4 years and counting. I still haven't finished exploring my local neighborhood so much entertainment within a stone toss distance."

"Not new renter friendly,denied me because i have no previous rental history. Elizabeth also lied to me about reaching out to my employer to verify my income. The first thing she told me when i went to tour the place was that she spoke to my employer about my income but then 2 days later emailed me that she needs my bank statements because she "hasnt been able to get in touch" with my employer. So she lied to me. I guess its good i got denied. These people are dishonest and will lie to your face smiling. The room is smaller than a motel room and you can only fit a bed and no other furniture without it being super crammed. There is a gate around the premises but you can still see through it that its a horrible area. Homeless everywhere, under construction, drug dealers. Its not worth it."

"I have been here since July 2021 and it has been an amazing experience from the start! I moved from out of state and the ladies in the office were nothing short of helpful through the whole process. The location is top tier - right behind Container Park and in true walking distance of all things Fremont. This is THE hidden gem of the area, I highly recommend!"

"Solid place to live if you love downtown! Super convenient how close it is. Office does a good job of answering requests, the apartment gets cleaned regularly. Elevator is super slow but multiple entry ways to take stairs so it evens out... propane grills are an excellent amenity!"

"I’ve lived here for almost a year now, the staff is very friendly, the apartment is nice and updated. Maintenance is always timely and friendly. The pool is sparkling clean, and for the price in this location you can’t beat it."
