"Scam. Do not submit your information. They won’t keep you updated or check credit and do their background checks on a timely matter. Asked for a refund since she didn’t even do anything and said there’s no refund because she was ‘holding’ the unit. No one is at the apartment. So I dont know who has my info. It’s going on a month and they won’t refund the credit check or admin fee. Scam! ‘Corporate’ didn’t even call me back."

"I have lived here for over a year and man this place is a mess. If anything breaks in ur apartment expect them to either not show up or show up a month or two later. Also the washers have been broken since I moved in. And if u put money into a broken machine they won’t give it to you, you will have to call the washing company. They just got new ones and those are also broken. If you move here be ready for trash everywhere. Homeless people go in the trash and spread it everywhere, usually takes a couple weeks for them to clean it even if it’s extremely gross or unsafe they don’t care. When u get the time to talk to the people in the office they are very nice. Sometimes just not helpful at all unfortunately. With all the trash, gunshots, lack of staff, broken washer machines I wish u the best of luck if u plan on living here."

"I schedule a viewing, they sent me a email saying that because covid ( restriction were lifted like 2 months ago) they would call me to confirm the appointment... they didn't call me. I called again to confirm, left voice mail.. nobody answered me.. I went there wait until the scheduled appointment, office was closed and called again (2) again and again nobody called me back. Don't waste your time here. They can't even answer a phone."

"This is a horrible place to live in, the people who live here are noisy tenants. The staff are incompetent and are very rude. Many things went wrong with apartment they always say it's fixed and breaks a few hours later. They are too cheap to replace anything. And when they do replace it, it's with something old and useless. This place is trash but I learned from my mistake and now I am out of this deplorable place. If u need this place as a stepping stone use it but not for anything permanent."

"Update: I've been without a working AC unit for 3 weeks this summer. A portable was placed in my livingroom downstairs (of a two story 3bedroom townhome) so I haven't slept in my bed for weeks. Just found out the part that I waited for 2 weeks to be installed was the wrong one, which they only realized after I called for an update on the AC. I guess that'll be a month I've been living in this inferno heat. Worst staff and service. I've been waiting for repairs for A YEAR! The neighbors are the WORST. If you don't mind kids and teenagers throwing rocks at your vehicles and windows this is the place for you. Don't get me started on the jobless party tenants."
