"First off this place seemed nice online but once I saw it in person it wasn't nothing like the pictures over the internet, The property was raggedy and unkept, trash over the grounds and the trash bins were funky, I moved in with my husband and 3 months old in the summer months the AC was barely blowing air from the vents so we bought fans just to try and cool the place down , upon moving in I noticed the apartment smelled like cigarettes and cigars the second bedroom smelled like puppies the carpet had only been shampooed yes they painted the apartment and changed the wood floors but the previous owner was a smoker cause the smell was still there and you could see the yellow stains on the walls The roaches were everywhere and crickets lint from the dryer that would make the apartment hotter was on the walls the toilets were nasty when we moved in barely flushed mold started growing in the master bedroom shower the pipes stink the water from the pipes had a smell when I moved out we were told to leave it the way it was upon moving in so they kept my $1,450 deposit I have a video of how I left the apartment they claimed I had all these repairs to keep my deposit, I really needed something from my deposit back they gave me no checklist of my expenses totaling up to $1450 my child got sick several times living there cause of poor air quality husband was hospitalized with lung problem from bad ventilation during covid i had to get an inhaler for bronchitis cause it was hard to breathe cars were broken into and so much more"

"There no ac! My apartment is 90 plus everyday! I’ve passed out twice informed the office via text and email. They won’t fix it there solution a portable a.c that’s in the living room my energy bill is 500 and want 1200 for rent with no a.c poor living conditions!"
