"On a positive note! I have lived here at Cambridge Vista Apartments for 7-yrs now...time flies! This property is exceptional because the company hires exceptional people to manage and maintain their properties. When a tenant has an issue, the manager, Liz addresses it immediately. If the issue is after hours...there is an emergency number to call, and again...they address your needs immediately. Liz has created a very pleasant community here. She is conscientious, always interested in what we have to say...easy to talk to and most of all she cares. This is a fine place to call home. This property is beautiful...clean, and inviting. Come by, you'll be pleasantly surprised."

"I have been at Cambridge Vista for almost a year. And I have had nothing but the best experience That I did not have any other apartments ive had. This property is great and very cleanly kept. all my neighbors are amazing and super friendly! Maintenance is always ontop of things when you put in a work order they actually come and quickly get it done. The office manager Liz is extremely helpful with any problems or questions we have. She's the best ! This little property is tight knit she knows all of us and it's always great to even stop by the office for just a friendly chat. Liz is great in communicating with all of us residents about anything happening on the property. And asking us how everything is going and if everything is great in the apartment or if we need something done I couldn't have asked for a better property manager she cares about all of us residents 100% !"

"Officially going to be here a year. Happy resident. After trying several other places, I agree this is the a great community. Close to mall, shopping, bus and the strip. Call Liz the office manager and maintenance responds quickly. The office manager Liz is very compassionate, however enforces our rules which I really like. No issues with riff raff or loud music. Everyone is pleasant here and I think it’s the management. Very happy with my move and continue to be a forever resident."

"Love love my apartment here ! Close to everything, love the holiday resident activities and food. Maintenance is fast and Liz the manager is wonderful, she is very helpful for any questions, informative with any info via text. The grounds, laundry, hallway and pool are always clean. I like that it is gated and the security lights are always working. You don’t find these hidden gems around anymore. Great place to live."
