"There’s been no hot water going on a month finally completely went out 1 week ago they are not doing anything speedy this problem has been going on for over 2 years they slap a bandaid on it and call it fixed until it breaks 2 months later NO PLACE TO WASH ALL WASHERS & DRYERS BROKEN called many times over 2 years talked to Angelica in the office still not fixed LIGHTS IN BACK ALL OFF AND PROPLE CONSTANTLY BREAK INTO PEOPLE’S CARS IN THE BACK MINE ALREADY 3 times The gym ,clubhouse ,pool never got to use in 8 years the property management has people living in there and had multiple parties and residents can’t use but management has pool parts for there kids there but residents can’t use"

"AC didn’t work properly in the summer I was burning up. And now it’s been over a week that I informed management that when I turn my heat on there is a strong odor. All I keep getting is we will call you back. Maybe I need to contact a local news or CNN to get results. Because they don’t certainly seem to care. Editing my review, once again having AC issues as now I'm in the summer time. Its been nearly 2 weeks without my AC working and the temperature has been in the triple digits ranging around 112. Now since the AC is constant this is causing my light bill to increase. But of course they want me to pay the full month rent on the first. My patience is running out and I researched Nevada Law stating that if a tenant AC goes out the complex (landlord) have 48hrs to fix it. Mmmmm, maybe I'm speaking to the wrong people to get things done it seems."

"Terrible! I moved from Washington DC and was going to stay here because of my new job and planned my start date based of off what the manager told me. Within two weeks of my move across the country the manager told me my room was not going to be ready until August first. "Good afternoon, I just wanted to give you a little update on the unit. Maintenance is behind on making the unit ready. With the heat wave currently, maintenance has been tied up with work orders. I spoke to maintenance this morning and they have changed the move in date for August 1, 2021. I hope it's not too much of an inconvenience for you but please let me know if you will still want the unit. Thank you" "Hello these are pictures to unit 111 on the first floor. This is the only unit we will have available. Unfortunately we've had some plumbing issues on property and work for our vacant units has stopped for the time being. We are not able to let you stay in 111 and then move over to the unit on the 5th floor. I do not have a time of when that unit will be ready. I understand the difficulties this may have caused you and do apologize for the inconvenience but it was out of our control. Please let me know if you would like to take unit 111. " "Good morning I do apologize for the inconvenience, with the heat wave currently they have been really busy and will not be able to finish the unit. However I do have another unit that will be ready for the 1st of July. It is on the first floor and it is one of our regular units so the price is $795 a month. If this is something you are interested in please let me know and I will be more than happy to send you some pictures so you can get an idea of the unit." No special was offered, no care was given. I start my job in two weeks and now I am left scrambling. If you have questions you need to call them because they take over a week to respond. Very poor customer service."

"We moved here May 2018, and I could not be happier living here. The staff is so friendly and professional. We swim daily in the nice clean pool, there are not any bugs in our apartment, we never hear any neighbors because the building is made of brick walls. I honestly feel safe living here because you need a key to get in the front door. Love Park Terrace Apartments in Las Vegas we are so happy we found this place. Gina"
