Especially in front of building 15 and 16's parking area. Some of them seem to have no pride in where they live, and it's sad because this is one of the better looking properties in the area."

"I moved out 11/29, I didn’t do a 60 day notice so I was told I would have to pay for December.When I moved out on 11/29 and turned my keys I asked how much I would owe for December he said $905.76 and I paid it in the form of a money order. I have the money order receipts and the copy of the original money order made out to Tides at Desert Pointe .However this was never applied to my account.I am being told I still have a balance of $1347 and this incorrect.I have stopped by several times as well as called them and I have not been able to get this resolved .Even though they have continuously said I’d be contacted by management."

"Literally the worst viewing experience. I didn’t even get to see an apartment and the staff is unbelievably rude. Had a 10am appt. To see an open unit and showed up a little early as I have to go to work and they have very limited availability. This lady watches us for 10 minutes outside and instead of approaching and asking what we’re there for, she just shakes her head and looks back at her computer. After 10 minutes they finally open and she lets us in. She asked what were here for then proceeded to say “is there a problem!?” after seeing the disgruntled looks on our faces after watching her ignore us for 10 minutes. While I completely understand they open at 10, most people show up for appointments early especially in the morning, then to proceed and antagonize the situation by asking if we have a problem was just absurd. Didn’t get her name but the big black woman with the gray roots needs to be addressed. This apartment is listed as $840-1050 for one bed room online, before we can even see the apartment we’re told it’s $1300. RIDICULOUS. This is the worst part of Vegas and the worst part of the worst part! Don’t move here. Don’t even apply. Staff very rude and inconsiderate, prices are gauged “daily” they say. Straight trash."
