"Currently living here (for a year now) and my unit has had problems time after time! They seem to Mickey Mouse every maintenance job! They hardly communicate effectively with the residents about any type of news in the Apartments. Every time I speak up on an issue they make it seem like I’m complaining for no reason! but HELLO I wouldn’t be complaining if there weren’t any issues in my unit but there ALWAYS is!"

"Security at this place is an absolute joke. They have cameras up but they haven't worked in years. I've had three packages get stolen in 2 weeks. Car has been broken into once and motorcycle stolen twice And let's not forget the roaches"

"Unknowingly moved into a bug and roach infested unit for $1400 total. Asked for money back and lease to be cancelled after week one. Told me it’s $1200 to break lease then threatened to keep deposit if I leave before 6 months. They also admitted it was their fault over a phone call. Sidewalk and laundry room also havr roaches and other bugs at night . Celine in front office and other representatives will lie and contradict. We’ll see how week two goes."

"a green oasis in the Nevada desert with excellent staff Thank you for the staff you provide at Maryland Park to manage the park like property and take care of the residents. Manager Jeanie is always cheerful and upbeat. What residents are especially grateful for is that whenever we report a problem, routine maintenance issue, Wi-Fi, whatever, Jeanie takes care of it immediately. Maria: everybody likes and knows Maria and Maria knows everybody, and every corner of “her” property. It is like her home, and she cares for it like that. Donny can fix anything. He does it straightaway and my friends comment that in addition, “he is the nicest guy.” We have a new air conditioning mechanic and maintenance man, Mickey. He just started recently yet I already hear people praise his ability and are happy with him. We love our Maryland Park people. Please hold on to them! (current resident in apt. 31)"
