"Marlene and Karla are the most unprofessional bitter workers I've ever delt with in my life. Processes are being handled illegally and when you go down and try to talk to them like respectable adults the immediately become defensive and argumentative like the tenants are the problem. Quick to say non communication however that's because they have went in and changed my phone number and email without my permission, I addressed this in September and they still have not updated it. And have the audacity to say we post notices to get your attention. You will get nothing but the wrong attention from me. You can't serve a 7 day dated for 6th on the 7th and say it starts from the 6th and then next day post a different notice with a completely different amount, when you try to alter a legal document it becomes null and void. They put notices on your door threatening to enter your apartment and when asked why it's because I won't come talk to them. I work overnights and if you can't talk to me with respect I don't have to talk to you as long as the rent is received by the end of the 7 day legally you can't enter my apartment or make me talk to you and I've expressed this before to Karla when she knocked on my door in January being disrespectful, you get the same energy you put out. Per legal aid If a 7 day is posted 3/7 the 7th day is 3/18 so why are you wasting your time threatening me with a lockout 3/14, legally you can't do that and it states that on the 7 day that was served. They will hold your mail and say it hasn't been received but clearly the usps tracking shows the time date and place package was delivered. I went in the office the day the tracking indicated it was delivered 2/20 and was told it wasn't delivered but yesterday 3/13 it mysteriously appears in my mailbox, and all packages are placed in the mailbox by them so why are you holding mail for months at a time, now that's illegal on top of a felony. When asked to speak with someone higher up they will deny you saying they are corporate, no you are a manager NOT the property owner. Let's not forget to mention for the past month there has been days where there is no hot water and when trying to report to the after hours hotline you can't do so because they have fixed the office phone to ring 1 time and automatically hang up, leaving no other way to reach the hotline. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND A BOMB MOVING HERE AND WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION MYSELF FOR WHAT ACTIONS I NEED TO TAKE AGAINST THEM. If DIDN'T KNOW ANY BETTER I'D SAY THEY ONLY DISRESPECT AND TALK CRAZY TO THOSE OF COLOR AND the LGBT Community like we are bothering them. Well they got the right one today, an educated one at that. Legal is legal and illegal is illegal. I always keep a paper trail due to the fact, after 30 years you should know you can't change legal processes to your liking."

"The application and checkin process was very impressive. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel like you are the only tenant. They respond to inquiries almost immediately. Studio was extremely clean. High tech washers and dryers that you can monitor on your phone. I’m satisfied."

"Now living here for over a year I can say with the management changes in August it started out a bit shaky but things are beginning to turn around for the better. The building is being up kept. The units are a comfortable size for 1-2 people. It’s also pretty quiet with the occasional downtown ambience which gives a fun atmosphere. There is a chill selection of restaurants and bars near within walking distance. Honestly not bad for the price of rent as lights is the only external bill to really worry about."
