C3 Lofts

"I’m pleased with C3. They are working on cleaning up the apartment, it’s relatively new management. The area is also improving. The complex is secure as long as the pedestrian doors are closed when folks depart. The apartments are nice, small and sound insulated. Location is hard to beat. Within walking distance of Fremont to the north and the Strat to the south. Older reviews are from different management and currently things are better than those reviews indicate."

"SMH where do I start? I had to call Stout management directly in order to get a phone number for the property management office on site at C3 Lofts. I was referred from Stout to speak with Asia. Who is the property manager I’m very flustered right now because I’m on a deadline, in order to avoid wasting money in hotels I’m trying to move by September 5 and it has already been a week since they’ve been processing my application or even looked at it Asia. Apparently I gave her all the information for my rental verification and my employment verification, she hasn’t sent not one document to verify , these references I’m irritated right now with Vegas alone but that’s a whole Nother story I just noticed on my credit report a hard inquiry from them which took my score down two points yet she hasn’t sent not one friggin verification form. I will just at this point request my hundred dollar security deposit refund and live my best life I told myself if I wasn’t gonna be able to get an apartment I’m just gonna travel, I work online so I can work anywhere living my best life time here I come!!!!!!!!"

"JUST AVOID! There are always hundreds of homeless people/drug addicted zombies around who scream day and night. Cars with loud music comes to Arco gas station 24/7 and this gas station is right next to the apartments. No security and management doesn't care what happens here. This is ghetto where residents leave trash everywhere. Crap3lofts lol"

"Terrible service. The apartments themselves are nice, but do not expect to actually get in one. Property management company only has one property manager for two complexes (c3 and Maryland Villas) but it’s difficult, if not impossible, to get in contact with anyone regarding the property because PM is busy and not at the phone! Imagine if you had an emergency at the property. There is no leasing office at this particular complex so you’re at the mercy of whenever they decide to pick up the phone, which is almost never. Apparently they have never heard of an office receptionist. Security on property is also nonexistent to abysmal. Prior to touring a unit I noticed gates and entrances being constantly left open and nothing was secured around the property. Turned me off from wanting to ever rent here."

"Warning to possible future residents, they will take ALL of your security deposit. Management is so shady that they take an entire $600 security deposit for half a dozen thumb tack holes, which were there before moving in. Scam company rent elsewhere"
