"I helped my mother find this Vegas 55+ Gem. We moved down here from California in 2021 and I searched high and low for the perfect apartment, until I ran across this beautiful location. My mother was placed on the waiting list and after she moved in she said it was definitely worth the wait.. The staff here in the office are great, gave me all the info we needed, and The property itself is well manicured. My mom and I are really pleased with Ensemble Senior Apartments."

"I applied for an apartment on June 6, 2023. I have good credit, and provided all information they requested, and paid the app fee and $250. money order deposit. I was told Adriana Trujillo that I qualified after she calculated my income, and given an apartment no and move in date of July 6, 2023. She said to wait for her call. She didn't contact me for 10 days. When I called her she asked for additional information which I promptly provided. She hadn't submitted my application so I spoke with her manager Jessica. I kept calling and emailing her because I had already given my notice to my current landlord, and even when by their office on July 5th, she told me that I was in the 60%, and didn't qualify for the 1st apartment, because my income was too high, and said my rent would be $195 more per month. I agreed to the price increase. On July 12, 2023 Jessica called to tell me that my application was denied because my income was too high, which was NOT TRUE. I asked if I could come pick up my deposit that day, and she said I could, but after I. drove across town to their office Jessica said they already sent my deposit to their main office on June 13th! She would have to request a refund. I asked for a written letter of denial, and an email stating that she requested my refunded deposit. I have not received notification yet!!! I nearly ended up homeless after having given my notice, and waiting 1 1/2 months for them to get back with me. I believe they either get kickbacks or gave the apartment to a friend or relative. Shame on Ensemble for treating seniors this way! I have read similar reviews on the poor management there!!!"
