"Every time I took a shower, bugs would crawl out from behind the shower faucet and I found bugs daily in the studio area. The caulking around the shower had gaps all over the place. There was flooring missing behind the toilet, and every time I got on and off of the toilet, it would move back and forth. The microwave would do the same because it was not properly mounted to the cabinet above. The location was close to the strip, but that was the only thing it had going for it. The noise from other residents was really loud. Weed would pour from other resident's apartment into the one I was staying at and the interior reeked of decades of cigarette smoke. You could see that there was water damage/flooding that had occurred and there was a legit hole in the bathroom ceiling."

"This property has survived a David & Goliath legal battle when Steve Wynn wanted to buy this apartment complex from Michael Flores when he owned it in the early 1990's. Steve Wynn was bullying Michael Flores. The great thing that Mr Flores never gave in to Steve Wynn. It was a battle like a huge whale wanting to beat a little gold fish."

"After years of perfect service with ABnB's, This place ruined it for us. Started out excited to be close to the strip and not dealing with the resort life but turned to a nightmare after management belittled my partner. I was willing to deal with the hot, dirty, and lingering smell for one night but not Damon's disrespect. We agreed to cancel the reservation, get our refund, and leave after an hour of checking in. We did our part and now a month later he refuses to refund. Damon is a petty little man that is big and bad to women but hides behind his texts and emails when called on his misogyny and he doesn't keep to his word. Spend the few extra dollars and go with a more reputable place that smells better."

"Worked here for two days. Owner is verbally abusive and extremely rude. I had to quit over the phone because he was screaming at me that I was a “compulsive liar” for forgetting to move some laundry. Spend your money somewhere else, this guy is mean to his staff."
