"If i can do negative stars or either (poop emoji) i would. My 80th yr old grandmother has been living in this apartment since i was 5 yrs old. NEVER has she ever had a bug infestation problem , problems with front office management ... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. She was moved due to "fixing" the building , to another apartment within the complex. We have since complained EVERY DAY since she moved in to the apartment manager specifically (Tina) about these issues and NOTHING has been done. Rude wouldn't even be the word to describe the lady . She DOES NOT CARE about any of these elders. DO NOT MOVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE !!!!!!(LETS ALL KEEP THAT IN MIND AS WELL THAT THIS IS A COMPLEX FOR ELDERS AT THAT !!!!)"

"To run down needs a paint job brushes and shrubberies need water they are dying the inside seems like a tomb for dead people. Just being honest."

"James down Towers I must say the staff here are terrific I've lived here 6 months ., the maintenance of the Yards are beautiful you also have your own garden in the back if you grow it and maintain it it's nice like home the only problem I've had is the other residents that live here I've never been in the community surrounding like this that is totally up to you and how you like to socialize you have a pool table upstairs they have your laundry Matt it's just nice. BBQ Pits nice patio for barbecuing it's pretty nice over here my issue with the vendors that put the machines in the front I've lost money can I get have not gotten my money back I've called them and called I need help with that staff maybe I should go ask that other than that this is a blessing I have the mobile Library which is terrific yeah there is a library in the Jamestown facility."
