"I recently moved in with my 2 year old & I am very pleased with the new renovations and improvements on the property. I am viewed this place 4 times in the past year and have left empty handed due to hesitation with last management ( The Tides ) . Asher on Valley View's management & maintenance team has really worked diligently to save this property. Sean ( property manager ) has done a great job with taking the time to listen to ALL of my concerns and answer any questions i had. He has a welcoming & down to earth demeanor. Very professional and actually shows that he cares about the tenants here The property seems to be so quiet now a days and managed accordingly. SEcurity Gates work. pool is clean . gym is fully renovated with paintings on interior walls.laundry rooms are clean and all units have brand new appliances . Ozzy(the maintenance BOSS) is very hands on and has went out of his way to make sure my apartment as well as others are renovated in a timely manner. Carlos(maintenance) pays attention to detail and produces so well with his work and repairs. Kimberly & LInda (office ladies) always give out professional vibes and seem very well organized. The Leasing office is ALWAYS clean with a Beautiful Clubhouse. This time last year , I viewed an apartment here when it was The Tides and was so dissatisfied with their whole operation of business and the management seemed so sketchy. Now that Asher on Valley View has taken over, i not only moved in with my son ... but i convinced one of my best friends and her son to move on property as well. Thank you to the whole ASHER team for making sure the move in was a successful one for my son and I ."

"I appreciate the new management (ALM) team for taking the time to resolve ANY inconveniences from the past management team..! I was a bit upset when making maintenance request because I don’t like to bother the office going physically. But Sean, left a very detailed voicemail regarding my needs for my apartment to be attended ASAP. I honestly felt heard. And Carlos wonderful maintenance technician who apologized for the miscommunications, and gladly assisted my homes requests. Thank you for making me feel calmer and happier in my apartment. 3/26"

I’m excited to be here it’s super nice and responsible people in the office, and it was pleasure to meet them. "Sean has been nothing short of amazing! Every time I go into the office he is always willing to answer my questions and concerns. I have lived here for the last 2 years and I was really thinking of moving out when my lease is up in April because of the last management team that was here (Tides) but am really rethinking my decision since I see things are finally getting handled. Our new management team really seems to care and seem to be getting this place back under control. I work hard and just want to be able to come home and love where I live. "Hate this place it’s always an issues with the water for two days. There was no hot water now. Waking up at 8:12.am Trying to get my children ready for school there is no water at all. How are we supposed to wash our face and brush our teeth this is insane. I literally cannot wait to move. Do not move here. Water is shut off every other week hot water as well It’s always a problem. They might as well tear these apartments down. If it’s always a water issue but yet next to my apartment, they’re building a new. Building instead of taking care of their residence they care about more fixing up the place than anything. Don’t move here waste of time."
