"Kampa Management, As a current resident who has been a part of this community since 2021, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a series of events that have left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the level of communication and professionalism from The Bennett team. In September and early October, I reached out to your office, taking steps to explore my housing options for my family. Throughout this process, I had multiple conversations with Selene from your front desk. Our discussions included an inspection of our apartment, which was approved and confirmed by Selene on October 3rd for transferring after her manager did the walk through of our unit. During this interaction, Selene assured me that once a 2x1 downstairs unit became available, my family was already approved for a transfer. This information was crucial for our planning, as our lease was set to expire on November 30th. However, when I inquired about the status of the transfer on November 28th personally, in office with Levier after not hearing back from a voicemail left a couple days prior, I was met with unexpected and disheartening news. Levier, your community manager, claimed not being aware of the situation and revealed that there were no records of our prior inspection or notes on the account. Furthermore, Levier admitted to ignoring my voicemail, adding to the breakdown in communication. This lack of internal coordination left me in a challenging position, seemingly blamed for a situation that was a result of your team's oversight. With my attempts to rectify the situation, Levier proposed a 3 or 6-month lease as a resolution, allowing my family and I time to wait for a transfer. I agreed to a 6 month lease to allow adequate time, and she assured me that my father could sign the lease and we would be fine. She stated that I could come by whenever I could as long as they had my dad’s signature. You see I’m a pre-nursing student with a full-time job. Levier seemed to understand I was busy and that Tuesday's were my least busy days. At least that is what she led me to believe. Shortly after leaving the office for class Selene called me. She proceeded to ask me about my portal so that I could have access to the lease for signatures. Still, she never mentioned any time constraint or necessary information that she should have disclosed to me during that call. I was driving so I let her know I would attempt to log onto the portal once I reached campus. Upon changing my portal password as instructed, I found no lease agreement. I left Selene and Levier yet another voicemail. A voicemail they again ignored. My attempts to contact your office went unanswered, leaving me to believe that what Levier stated stood. In the end, I was informed by my dad that they were going to charge us month-to-moth due to my failure to sign the lease on December 2nd, a date never communicated to me by Levier or Selene. Levier's refusal to waive charges and her attribution of blame to me further compounded my frustration caused by the entire ordeal. If there was a time constraint, they were both responsible for communicating that. I want to emphasize that the mismanagement and lack of communication exhibited by Selene and Levier are unacceptable. Their conflicting statements and failure to own up to mistakes have not only inconvenienced my family but have also tarnished our overall experience with this community. I am left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Nevada Real Estate Division to address these issues. I implore you to review and improve your internal communication processes and ensure that your staff is adequately trained to handle resident concerns not just transparently, but HONESTLY. As a concerned resident, I sincerely hope that my experience serves as a catalyst for positive change within your management practices! They not only neglected a sensitive situation (housing is quite a big deal), but Levier and Selene completely mislead my family and I."
"Outstanding place to enter Las Vegas and build up. Administrative and maintenance staff are amazing. New renovations, landscaping, pools, & updated leasing office. Close to great food and culture! Recommended"
"I would like to start off by saying that the ladies Alondra and Esther were some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at an apartment leasing office. They absolutely went above and beyond to help us with a difficult situation we were in with another leasing office. They are absolutely willing to work with you as long as you are willing to work with them. They let us see the apartment that we would be living in before we moved in which should be default but no other place lets you do that anymore it seems like. All of the apartments are newly renovated with new dishwashers, stoves, washer/dryers. It truly feels like you’re living in a brand new apartment. They offer monthly specials like 1 free month of rent. This place truly has every aspect of an apartment that you want. Again, I would like to give a big thanks to Alondra and Esther for going above and beyond to help us out. I HIGHLY recommend this complex!"
