"Worst apartment complex ever. They charge you for not having insurance even though you pay for the whole year and when you show proof when they ask for it nothing happens. You call multiple times to figure it out they say they will call you back! Never do! Also Chip only cares if you’re leasing a new apartment with him he’s super nice at first cause he wants a review but if you need him for anything else he’s super rude. When I came to the office and asked what was going on with the charge for the renters insurance the manager left out of the office cause she didn’t want to speak with me. Just gave her leasing agent Shealyn a bogus answer to tell me a whole bunch of nothing. Will never rent again from them or recommend this place. This place is absolutely trash."

"I can barely believe how easy that Chip made this move-in process! I came to the complex to tour one day and left so happy and excited to have found the place for my little family. I appreciate the work put in to get me into my apartment so quickly and efficiently."

"One star because I can’t post zero. This place is awful. Chip is a the epitome of a sleazy used car salesman who just blows smoke up your a**. Do not believe the positive reviews. This complex has a cockroach infestation and they do not clean before trying to rent it out to the next tenant. There is a reason there are so many available units, they cannot keep renters. They upgrade the leasing office and show you a clean model, and then you realize what a slum this place is. I called and met management at the unit in an attempt to resolve issues, only to be ignored. Their idea of cleaning was Chip carrying around a tub of cleaning wipes. I’ve been forced to stay in a hotel with my daughter and plan on pursuing legal action. ***Reported to BBB, NV RED*** The reply to resolve in person is a sad attempt to remedy the problem. Responding to emails would have shown a willingness to actually fix the issue."
