"I'm writing this review for one reason only. They will not return any money. I was denied because of my credit. I paid the four hundred dollars to start the application. I was told that I would receive my money back if I was denied. (All except fifty dollars) it's been a month, several phone calls, and trips to the office. Still nothing. Erick the office manager has been giving me the run around. Be prepared to be out of your money if denied. I initially forgot to put my apartment number on the application. I went up to the office, spoke with Vicky, gave all the correct information. Erick claimed to have personally mailed the check. What should have been no longer than three days, has turned into another seven day."
