"The apartments are adequate and priced okay but the A/C is weak which is a huge problem in the summer. When it was time to end my lease I wasn't able to sign they paperwork until a couple days after the first of the month and they stuck me with a $1300 fee. Technically they're allowed to but don't expect any humanity from them."
